SAI goes to great length to train its cabin crew. We have our own Training Centre facility, where highly competent and richly experienced instructors groom stringently selected trainee crews into professional, well-mannered and elegant cabin attendants that are one of the best in the world. Our valued passengers are literally moved by the care and service that they receive on board.

Food Services
Shaheen Air International has its very own Food Services Department to service its flights in the best possible manner. Our specialist cooks and bakers prepare mouth-watering recipes of local and continental cuisine. Food is prepared in the most hygienic manner and its quality is strictly checked before it gets on board SAI flights. Our passengers relish the rich taste of our aesthetically served culinary delights, and come back to fly with us to have another delicious meal on board.

Passenger Services
This department handles complaints and ensures implementation of required services at all airports. SAI signed a contract of world tracing system of baggage services with SITA. SAI trained its staff from SITA England to monitor this system.
