Now book, pay and print your e-Ticket (itinerary receipt) on www.shaheenair.com. On a successful purchase the system will generate an Electronic Ticket and a printable itinerary receipt will be displayed. The itinerary receipt is your confirmation of travel. You will also receive an email with the status of your booking. You can print the confirmation shown on your screen or print the email. Then all you have to do is, Before entering into the restricted area you will have to show this e-ticket at Shaheen Air Sales Counter for the stamps. After that when you will enter into the airport restricted area for check-in, you may present the E-Ticket along with a valid photo identification (NIC / Passport) to the Airport Security Force. Your boarding pass will be issued against your E-Ticket.

What is an Electronic Ticket?
Electronic Ticket is Shaheen Air' ticketless travel service. An innovative way of using technology of issuing air tickets electronically, which eliminates traditional paper tickets and creates an electronically held record (ticket) of the transaction. This electronic image of the ticket is stored in the Shaheen Air reservation system.

How does an E-ticketing at www.Shaheenair.com work?
Shaheen Air web sales engine allows booking one way and return in 4 simple steps with the following features:
• The reservation must be made online at www.Shaheenair.com at least 3 hours before departure.

• You will need to pay online through your credit card.

• On purchase, the system will generate your itinerary receipt, which is an e-ticket, and display the same on the screen. On it, you will find the key information about your reservation and flights.

• You will need to print the same and produce it along with valid photo identification in order to enter the airport and for check-in.

• Also, an email will be sent to the passengers email address, which can also be printed and used to enter the airport, and for check-in.

• First go to the Airport Sales Counter and have stamp on your E-Ticket then go to the check-in counter. Your boarding pass will be issued against this E-Ticket and the valid photo identification.
Payment by credit card.

Right now We accept all major credit cards issued in Pakistan. At times the card used to book and pay online may be required for verification during check-in, refunds processing, etc.

On which flights is the new service already available?
At present the service is available only for domestic flights of Shaheen Air.

Changes, cancellation and refunds in web e-tickets
• Refund against e-tickets will only be given or processed against valid photo identification.

• All Changes, Refund or cancellation after confirm booking can not be made online. For this you have to contact Shaheen Air offices (Town or Airport) or contact at 111-80-80-80 and 111-60-60-60.

• Refund will only be processed against the itinerary receipt and valid photo identification and the amount due after deducting the applicable charges will be credited back to the Credit Card account.
