About Reservation

How can I check PNR status on website?
You may easily check your reservation status online through our website i.e. www.shaheenair.com, will find a panel on the left side of your display screen, click on Ticket link, you will have the new module within the panel, now enter the Last Name of the traveler that you entered while making of reservation. Just below of it, you will find another Text Box for your reservation code (PNR - Passenger Name Record, specific code generated by Shaheen Air International and must contain alpha numeric characters), write the valid particular furnished reservation code in the Text Box and click on the Search Button, you will have your Reservation Details on the screen.

Note:
Your Last Name & Contact Numbers must be required while making reservation
How can I print a ticket?
You may take print of your reservation from our website by clicking the link, Shaheenair. You may find the Booking Panel on the Top Left Side of your output device, now click on Ticket Tab.
How can I change my flight reservation?
You may change flight from Your nearest Shaheen Ticketing Office or the You may also manage the same with the Authorized Agent from where You initially issued the ticket.
How can I make reservation through website?
You may reserve flights from the stated link, https://www.shaheenair.com/index.php, you may find the Panel on left side of your screen, at that instant click on Book Flight tab and make your reservation by selecting traveling date with Origin and Destination City Pair of Your Traveling.

How can a booking will be cancelled or refund?
Bookings / tickets will be cancelled or refund from the issuance place (Authorized Agent or City ticketing Office). However, if you are unable to reach at the issuance place (City or Country) then alternatively, you may visit Your nearest City ticketing Office of Shaheen Air International.

Note:
Refund Timing are from 09:00HRS till 17:00HRS working hours
Is there any facility available for booking through ATM?
You may issue the reserved seats by yourself through ATM – 1 Link Machines. Currently this facility onliy available with Faisal Bank ATM. But over internet banking there are many banks already on board. For details, please call your bank customer support service.
What are the booking payment methods available?
You may Purchase ticket on the below methods of payment:
  • Cash (From City Ticketing Office / Airport Ticketing Counter)
  • Credit Cards (From Website / City Ticketing Office / Airport Ticketing Counter)
Is “Ok to board” necessary for Dubai?
“OK TO BOARD” stamp is mandatory, if passenger(s) travelling on Shaheen Air International.

About Baggage Policy

What is baggage policy for all respective sectors?
For All Domestic Traveling:
32KG Checked-In Baggage and should be in One Piece, additionally 7KG Hand carry

For International Traveling Exit from Pakistan:
32KG Checked-In Baggage and should be in One Piece, additionally 7KG Hand carry

For International Traveling Exit from outside Pakistan:
32KG Checked-In Baggage and should be in One Piece, additionally 7KG Hand carry

Note:
Checked-In Baggage must be in Single Piece
This Baggage Policy is not applicable for UMRAH / HAJJ passengers.
How can I claim for missing baggage?
It is necessary to immediately file a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) on the prescribed form available with the Shaheen Staff at the airport for your assistance. We have a separate department for Lost and Found handling at the airport, for further assistance You may call our related airport counters, link stated below:

What is the baggage policy for Hajj?
For Hujjaj,

Exit from Pakistan, Checked-In Baggage will be 20KG with 7KG hand carry.
Exit from Jeddah / Madinah, Checked-In Baggage will be 30KG along with 5Litres ZamZam with 7KG hand carry. (Checked-In Baggage must be in Single Piece)
Can I carry perishable items in Checked Baggage?
Following are the list of items which are not allowed in checked baggage:
  • Fragile or Perishable Items
  • Cash
  • Jewels
  • Precious Metals
  • Silverware
  • Cell Phones
  • Camera
  • Laptop
  • Art Work
  • Securities or Other Valuables
  • Important / Official / Business Documents

Is there any specific size of Hand Carry?
For Safe and Security reasons, only one piece of hand baggage is allowed and its dimension must be (22x17.7x10) 45 inches with 7 Kilogram weight.
How many Bags may I carry-on?
Only one piece of hand Baggage which must not be larger than 22x18x10= 45 inches (56x45x25cms) and weighing not more than 7 kg will be allowed in the cabin.

How can I book a flight on website?
You may reserve flights from the stated link, click it https://www.shaheenair.com/index.php, you may find the Panel on left side of your screen, at this instant you may find three (3) Tabs under the Panel, click the Tab of Ticket. Afterwards, you may see two text boxes Text Box 1 is for the Last Name of the Traveler and then the Paste the specific code (PNR) under the other text box and click on search.
What is the Deadline for Check-In on Domestic Flights?
In support of completing the process of check-in and receiving boarding pass, traveler should report at least 2 hours prior to flight departure time.
What is the Deadline for Check-In on International Flights?
In support of completing the process of international check-in and receiving boarding pass, valued traveler should report at least 4 hours prior to flight departure.

Ticket Policy

What is ticket extension policy for all respective sectors?
The validity of the ticket is 30 days (1 Month) from the date of traveling and ticket will be extended with in the validity of ticket(s), terms and conditions apply.
